Big Dog Detail LLC operates under the registered DBA name Chattanooga Auto Film Pros, All services, payments, warranties, and contractual obligations are entered into with Big Dog Detail LLC, regardless of the DBA name used at the time of service.

Services are governed by the Terms and Conditions in effect at the time the service was scheduled and performed. Any changes in branding, DBA usage, or service structure do not alter prior agreements, warranties, remedies, or customer obligations.

Big Dog Detail LLC provides professional automotive appearance and vehicle protection services. All services are cosmetic in nature and results may vary based on vehicle condition, paint type, age, prior repairs, environmental exposure, and vehicle use.

No service guarantees perfection. Minor cosmetic variations, edges, seams, or natural characteristics of applied materials are considered normal and do not constitute defective workmanship.

Appointments are reserved specifically for the customer and vehicle scheduled. Customers are responsible for arriving on time and ensuring the vehicle is available and accessible at the scheduled appointment time.

Failure to arrive on time or failure to provide access to the vehicle may result in reduced service scope, rescheduling, or forfeiture of the appointment at the merchant’s discretion.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled appointment time.

Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice, missed appointments, or refusal of service upon arrival may result in forfeiture of any deposit paid and may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Deposits are non-refundable once work has been scheduled and materials or labor have been allocated.

All vehicles must be inspected by the customer at the time of service completion and prior to leaving the premises or accepting delivery.

By taking possession of the vehicle, the customer acknowledges that the services were completed as agreed and accepts the condition of the vehicle at delivery.

Failure to raise concerns at the time of pickup constitutes acceptance of the completed work.

Any concerns related to services performed must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

Concerns reported outside of this timeframe may be denied and are presumed to be unrelated to workmanship unless otherwise determined by the merchant.

Concerns raised weeks or months after service completion are not eligible for refund consideration.

Certain services involving protective films, coatings, or applied materials are cosmetic and protective in nature. Minor imperfections may occur and are inherent to these services.

Environmental exposure, road debris, washing methods, and vehicle use after delivery are beyond the merchant’s control and are not the responsibility of the merchant.

If a concern is deemed valid by Big Dog Detail LLC, the exclusive remedy shall be inspection and corrective action, which may include removal, repair, or replacement of the affected material at the merchant’s discretion.

‍Refunds are not offered once installation or application has occurred, in whole or in part.

The customer agrees that corrective action is the sole and exclusive remedy for any service-related concern.

Chargebacks or payment disputes are not a valid method of resolving service-related concerns.

Filing a chargeback without first allowing the merchant the opportunity to inspect and remedy the concern in accordance with these Terms and Conditions constitutes a breach of contract.

The merchant reserves the right to pursue recovery of disputed funds, chargeback fees, administrative costs, and any additional remedies permitted by law.

Any applicable warranty requires the vehicle be returned to the merchant for inspection prior to any corrective action.Warranty coverage may be voided if the vehicle is altered, repaired, or modified by a third party without the merchant’s authorization.

Big Dog Detail LLC is not responsible for pre-existing damage, prior repairs, paint defects, or conditions beyond the merchant’s control.

Liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service performed.

Any applicable warranty requires the vehicle be returned to the merchant for inspection prior to any corrective action.Warranty coverage may be voided if the vehicle is altered, repaired, or modified by a third party without the merchant’s authorization.
